Post Product Categories Font Size 
How can I alter the font size of the Product Categories list on the main page? I am able to change the heading font and size, but not the list of products displayed underneath the heading.

You can do that in the store_header.inc file.
The font coding is just below the Shopping Categories in the file.

Post Font colour 
Thanks for your help.

Now it doesn't seem to want to change the font colour. The heading is the correct colour, and I want the category list to display in white font colour, but it stays the same colour as the heading.

That's because they are links and are controlled by the specification for the links set up in the manager -> store layout area.
You can get around this by using CSS.
Try this in the agorascript-pre area that creates the product links:

If I could trouble you one more time (hopefully)...

How can I space out the category list, so there is maybe 3pt after each paragraph? It just seems a little too squished together.
