How to Change the "Where to Ship" Title

Upon checkout, there is a place to put the billing/shipping info and a comment box. It currently says "Please select where your order will be shipped/billed". I want to indicate this is the billing address and for them to put an alternative shipping address in the comments box. I can't find the place to modify this code. Thanks!

the step one file would be in the store/html/forms folder. look for the linkpoint file. you can change the "Please select where your order will be shipped/billed " and the "Special Notes:" text no problem.
you may also want to make note of wherever else these phrases display... step two and emails for example. you can change the text for these places in the store/library/LinkpointConnect-order_lib.pl file.
backup your original files before editing!!
