Make "View Cart" and "Checkout" images

Can someone please direct us to the correct file to change the "View Cart" and "Checkout" hyperlinks an image instead.

Version 5.0 of Agora. We have notes on how to do this in 4.0, but it doesn't look like it is in the same place in 5.0.

Side note: on the View Cart page we also want to center the buttons on the page. They look off!

Should be still in either the header or footer... all depends on the web design....

Post I don't see the files in there . . . 
In the past there has been store_header store_footer secure etc in th html/html-templates directory.

Not this time in 5.0. So where are they? We are using custom.

The header and footer files in v5.x now have a file extension of .html instead of .inc.
They are located in the 'html/html-templates/templates/Custom' directory.
They can, also, be edited from the Header/Footers editor in the manager.
