How do I change the defult catagories?

Post How do I change the defult catagories? 
I am really new to Agoracart, html, and CSS. Have done some editing to the header/footer section, but I can't see figure out how to change the default categories from the ones they have set up to ones that fit my store. Can someone please help me? My store is

The categories get built automatically by the Manager. Just add your products to the database (Add/Edit Product) and delete the test products, and it should work for you.
If you uploaded a database, just Edit one product (don't even have to change anything, just click the submit edit button) and it should take care of it.

You need to go into the Product Edit manager and select a product to edit, it doesn't matter which product.
When it comes up, just hit the "Submit" button. This will rebuild the links to what is in the database.
