I need a list of the permission for this version. Found the list of file locations but not the permission settings. Had to instal the old, old fashioned way
Thanks,

If you have to install the 'old fashioned' way, it is highly suspect that the store will even run...
and if it does, you will not be able to use the update modules manager...
Why didn't the install file work? Who is the web host?
Basic rule of thumb is all directories chmod 755, .cgi files - 755, all others 644

Thank you, I will give that a try.
Hosting is by a local company here in Ohio. FTP5 said it was successfully completed, but nothing there. When I tries the tarball method found out wget not functioning.
I will try those permission settings and give it a try and let you know.
Thanks again,
Mark

Sounds like the host probably has some really strange server settings...

Well, I do know his cgi is running under cgiwrap and that may also be part of the problem.
I at least have the program running now, but having a little trouble getting to the graphics as they, apparently, have to be moved to the root. Working on that now.
Thanks again,
Mark

Mark,
They should not have to be moved to the root...
Use "self-serve images" in the store manager...
That will utilize picserve.cgi to serve up the images...

Thank you...figured that out finaly...LOL...helps to read :)
Now seem to be having a small problem with get the style sheets read.
path to program is grandmasceramichutch.com/cgi-bin/cgiwrap/rt93/store52/agora/cgi
Got buttons and images, anc can change buttons...but now "style" to the stylesheet is that makes sence.

Mark,
In the Primary/Core Settings, check out the "Store CSS File Location Settings" section...

Mark,
The agoratemplate.css & the agorastyles.css files need to be moved to outside of the cgi-bin.
Then, set for how many levels the files are from the store's directory.
As it says in the aforementioned section in the manager:
Quote:
location of agora.cgi -> http://www.domain.com/cgi-bin/store/
location of css file ---> http://www.domain.com/
Number of levels would be 2.

Bingo!
I was moving the agorastyles.css to the root, but not the corresponding agoratemplate.css.
Seems to be working now, thanks!
