CSS not loading

Good afternoon!

I have recently switched hosts and am in the process of installign the latest version of the shopping cart software. However I am running into some problems with the css properly loading. It appears that it isn't loading from the cgi-bin. So I tried to copy the css to the top level directory and made the proper changes in the config.

However, it still is not working. What can possible be the problem? I think it has to do with the cgi-bin. I do have to self serve the images out of the cgi-bin

an example url is http://theglasshaus.com/cgi-bin/store/agora.cgi?&product=Hanging

I should also note that when I switch the configuration of the store to the IP address of the server instead of my domain both the images and the CSS load just fine from the cgi-bin.

Does your web host require cgi scripts to be ran in the cgi-bin?
If not, move the store outside of the cgi-bin.

If you do continue to run the store in the cgi-bin, you need to move the .css files outside of the cgi-bin and then make the appropriate changes in the Primary/Core Settings to point to the levels from agora.cgi you have placed the .css files.

Return to the Primary/Core Settings to verify that the settings have "taken".
If they are not showing the correct level, reset and hit the submit button.

Thanks for the info! Actually I found out what the cause of the problem was.

I had to run under a different level of the cgi-bin that was running under my userid. This has been fixed and is working now.

Now I just need to figure out what is going on with the email functionality.
