UPS charging too much

Post UPS charging too much 
Since the beginning of the year, it seems that the UPS charges are out of line. For example, $20 above actual charges for a 50# box to zone 8. I am using the standard ship by weight UPS module.

Anyone else having these problems? What can I do to solve this issue so as not to gouge my customers?

Rates are coming directly from UPS...
If you have a UPS account with pickup, your rates will vary
from the published retail rates that the cart pulls in from UPS.

I just ran a test of the shipping calculation of 2, 25# of seed sent to my postal code, 49456, from Santa Barbara 93111.
The charge came up $67.54
However, when I calculate via the UPS site, the charge should be $69.14.

So, not really sure what is going on.
Do you have a multiplier set in the UPS shipping settings in the store's shipping settings manager?
