Order not always showing up in agoracart order log

Not all of my store's orders are showing up in my agoracart order log. Sometimes I only receive notification of the orders through my PlugNPay merchant account only and they do not show up at all in agoracart. Why is this only happening with certain orders and how can I rectify the problem? Thanks!

did you gt help on this?
it's because the customer is not returning to the store after paying. if pnp has a silent post feature then enable it. if not then if you can add a message on the successful transaction page then tell the customers they must click the link back to your store for the transaction to be completed.
