Post "check out" link vrs "complet order" but 
Ok I have worked on this for 3 days and am finally totally worried beyond hair repair! Mad My "check out" link works and brings customers to my check out page where they enter information Very Happy ...however if they are viewing the cart and don't click the "check out" link but instead click on the "complete order" button they are directed to agora page with no price due. Crying or Very sad It is not the same page as they get if they click the link...HELP!! Confused

It sounds like you haven't set up the store's SSL/Secure URL in the Payment Gateway area of the manager.
Once you set up that URL things should work properly.

the complete order button and the checkout link do completely seperate functions. i advise you use one or the other. however, you can use both. the concept between the differences is that in certain circumstances you would use the checkout link while in others you would use the complete order button.
the complete order button relies on the gatway url and the supporting code to find step one or the combo form. the checkout link uses the ssl url in the main agoracart store settings to determine the stepone or combo url.
using the complete order button you do not need the ssl url defined in the main settings where, using the checkout link you do. if using the checkout link with offline then you need to have both the main ssl url and the gateway ssl url exactly the same. technically you do not need https in any case, however, if collecting confidential information then https is absolutley required.
in most cases a customer should be led through the "viewcart" page before checking out and using the complete order button to check out. this allows the customer to make necessary changes prior to comitting to checkout.
