Removing Email and Telephone Number as needed info

Post Removing Email and Telephone Number as needed info 
Where would I edit the required information needed when checking out?
I don’t need to know my customers Email and Telephone Number.
I want to remove these questions without any hang ups.

You would need to edit the required fields array in your gateway's order_lib file.
Order_lib files are found in the 'library' directroy of the store.

Thank you Bonnie. I was away from the computer all day.
I’m using offline processing, so the file I want to edit is Offline-order_lib.pl
Right?
But what part?
I tried removing the 'Ecom_BillTo_Telecom_Phone_Number', 'Phone Number', line from the arrey section towards the top and the entire <TR> Phone row half way down the page.
But the Telephone Number fill in section is still there when I’m done.
Would it be in the forms folder?

That is the correct file, but you remove the wrong part.
Look for a place that says, "@sc_order_form_required_fields"
That is the area you want to edit.
Remember to upload the file back to the server in ASCII.

Well, I deleted the line

From the "@sc_order_form_required_fields" area.

You still need to edit the actual order form file.
Order forms are found in the 'html/forms' directory...
