Post Initial Store Settings, Links Missing 
Cannot change password, or any other settings, there is not Program Settings link. Keep logging in, keep getting: htaccess protect the /protected directory where this program is running

This is all that is displayed., no program settings link:

Ahhh... you are not running v4.x cart anymore.... v5 has a completely new look and management style...
Try looking under the "AgoraCart Management/Settings" link....

Did you note the text I highlighted with blue????

Evidently there is such a link since you said there was... Take another look...

Also, the final "Success" page after install had very important step that included the 1st things you needed to set up. The following post is a copy of that info:

Yes, but that just goes to login again , then back to same page. Page never changes, never any store manager.
