Post 550 Could not change perms on manager.cgi 
Hello !
I can not add new products to my AgoraCart, because I cannot enter in my Product Add Manager.
I have the file manager.cgi with permissions 000 and I tried to change them to 755. But I received
the following error:

550 Could not change perms on manager.cgi: Permission denied : /public_html/store5/protected/0755 manager.cgi

Can you help me ?

You will need to speak with your web host to ask what is
preventing you from changing the permissions of your files...

000 means you don't own the file ... usually from either an admin disabling the script or the file being uploaded/copied in an unfavorable fashion/method.

I get this on some servers even in FTP, which is not a good sign.
