Once the products in that category has been deleted, the category gets deleted.

I have only 2 entrys, in one catagory, but in the delete product screen (and in the shopping cart) I show 2 catagories nameless with 1 record and xelerator with 2. if I go to the nameless catagory to delet the record, it says there is nothing there. Not a problem, except that it gives a blank entry in view cart with 0.00 price. How can I get rid of this?

this can be cause by an extra blank line in the dB.
download your database (store/data_files/data.file) via ftp in ascii only. rename it to data.file.txt then upload to your public root (usually public_html) via ftp in ascii only. provide a link so it can be viewed. i'll tell you where the problem is and how to fix it.

Thanks, that was all the tip I needed. I just deleted all entries in data.file and started over.
