Post is agora right for my site? 
Sorry if this is a common question, but I'm completely stuck right now. I've got my website all made with simple paypal html codes for my cart, but my products have too many options! I make custom clothes, so my customers must enter in several measurements, and select a few options in a form - paypal coding only supports 2 options max, and none of the other form information is relayed to me :(

so my question is:
can agora display like 8 (or more) product specifications? and if so, can I just insert coding into my website (which was created in dreamweaver, and it's not active yet)? I saw someone had mentioned iframes, but I want to make sure about the product options before I proceed.

you can use buy now buttons on static pages with options. as long as the options don't do any price manipulation requiring perl or cart functions... variable options for example. the options can add cost as well as colors, sizes, gift wrapping and the like.
i don't see why you couldn't use agoracart and be happy with it providing those are your most essential needs.
