What is the URL for registering with UPS?

Also, my shipping charges are not showing up. Can you tell me where I need to go to configure the shopping charges. ?

There is no registration for UPS, it is all set.
There are a few places to set up the shipping.
In the Payment Gateway area of the manager you need to set the methods of shipping you are going to use.
(The FedEx shipping module does not work due to changes at FedEx.)
Then there are settings in the shipping settings area of the manager.

Post Shipping Charges 
The shipping charges are not showing up in the final total. What do I need to do besides adding the shipping info in the store manager?

Nothing, if the shipping setting are set properly, then it will work.
How are you wanting to have the shipping charges calculated?
What are the settings you have in the shipping manager?

Post No shipping charges 
I have the exact same problem. The answer to this question may help both of us. What are we suppose to do (if anything) with the code at the bottom that says:

For your convenience, here is the shipping options pre built to place within your order forms.
NOTE: If no code appears, please hit the submit button when ready and the
code will be compiled from the realtime and custom options selected above for your use.
Cut and paste the code below into your order forms for the gateways you wish to use:

If this has to be done can you give me a little more detail on how to do it?

Well, I did exactly what it said. Cut and paste, in the area of the form where it says to put it and everything works perfect. Hopefully it works for the other newbie with the same problem!
