Post Checkout Step Two page 
When completing an order on my website, www.oblockbooks.com, you first choose a shipping option (step one) then go to step two to verify the order before proceeding to the secure Plug N Pay checkout page. On the step two page under the cart contents there is a message:

* Note: Sales Tax & Shipping fees will be recalculated at checkout and maybe differ then the fees quoted above.

I need to remove this because it is not accurate plus it is grammatically incorrect. I can not locate the file that has this line of text or code. Can you tell me how I can remove it?

It is in the gateway's order_lib file...

I have looked and looked all through PlugNPay's order_lib file and can not find it. Could you please take a look and see if you can locate it? I really would like it removed as it is not proper English plus it is telling the customers an untrue statement. Thank you.

I did see it for myself in the file, this morning.
Open the file and do a text search, in your html editor, for "recalculated at checkout".
It should come up the exact location of that information.
