Post Installing Latest Version 
I currently have verson 4 and want to upgrade to 5.2. I downloaded what I thought was the correct file and uploaded it into a new folder. This may be a stupid question but where are all the other files. All Igot in the download was FTP5.cgi. Am I supposed to change this to my new agora.cgi and use it with other files from ver 4. Please help. When I downloaded ver 4 I got a complete download of agoracat and just had to modify it to get it looking the way I wanted. I don't know wehre to begin with 5.2 because I only have a single file.

v5.2 is a totally different animal than v4.x... HUGE improvements to the manager and store.
The FTP5.cgi file is the installer file.
Upload that to your server in ASCII mode and set permissions to 755.
Next point your browser to the FTP5.cgi file and follow the instructions on the screen.
This will install all of the files necessary to the server.

Set up the default v5.2 cart *before* making any customized changes so you can familiarize yourself with the new way things are handled in v5.2.

Many of the files in v4.x CANNOT and MUST NOT be used in v5.x.
They are no longer compatible with one another.
Also, there is no upgrader or step-by-step instructions for upgrading to v5.x.
