Post Process order button not showing - USAePay gateway 
Hi ho,

Just installed the latest free version of Agora to check it out. Very quick to set-up, very flexible.

I tried a test offline order and that worked fine.

I switched to the USAePay gateway, put in our gateway key, etc. and tried a test order.

I get to the new check-out screen which accepts the credit card information. But, once I click verify, there is no "Submit order for processing" button. I looked at the source of the page and it's not there (i.e., it's not a missing image problem).

Anyone else run across this?

Hi scottcrew,

Unfortunately, I set-up the shop on one of our development servers that are only accessible internally. I'd have to move it out to a production server to make it publicly available. Sad

Worth the effort?

Hmmm... Well, it's hard to see what is happening without seeing the rendered source code for the "Verify Order" page....
In the USAepay gateway settings you can set up the URL for the image.
If you haven't changed the default, then you need to checkthe permissions of the picserve.cgi file and make sure they are set to 755.

Hi Scott,

I can post the rendered source code here. However, I assure you, I've looked through it thoroughly for any sign of the picserve.cgi having problems and can't see anything wrong. I did set all the .cgi files to 755 to ensure there wasn't a problem there, and the other images on the page (that are served by picserve.cgi) are working fine. Just no "Process order" button. I can visit the actual URL for the process order button and it shows up fine. Here's the source:

Wow... That is REALLY strange...
It is not even rendering the required code... stops right after the cart display...

I would suggest putting this on a live server to see if things render out differently...

The server it's on is "live" ... just not accessible to the public. Not sure how that would make much of a difference. Sad

Nonetheless, it was fun to give it a try. I've moved on to another solution for now, but I will certainly keep Agora on my radar for next time.
