Need to change some colors and add a header

My store is at www.tsalagibooksandcrafts.com In my "view cart" and "check out" areas, I need to change a color (where it says qty, color, cost etc .. needs to go from green to black) and add a header on both pages. Where would I go to do that? I would also like to eventually change the buttons ... would I do it in the same area as I do the rest?

the colors for viewcart tables is in the css file. if you look at the browser's source for the tables you need to change then you'll see the class(es) used in the css file.
the viewcart page uses the store header html file and the checkout usually uses the secure store header html file.
you can just replace the buttons in the store/html/images/buttons - buttonset folder you selected in the manager main settings.
