Post Can express shipping be added as an option? 
Sorry if the answer is obvious, but I was wondering how to give the customer an option between ground shipping, 2 day express, overnight shipping.

What method of shipping are you wanting to use?
The cart is already capable of using UPS' real-time calculator, which includes ground, 2nd day air and next day air.
The settings are in the manager under "shipping settings".
