Post USPS Shipping API 
Hi,

The version of our cart is 4.0K.

We have been notified of a change in the USPS Shipping API. The new API has XML markups. Unfortunately, we know nothing about CGI, Perl, or XML coding. Can the 4.0K version of the cart be made to work properly with USPS by changing the coding on just a few of pages? If so, which pages and can you recommend someone (for pay of course) to do the coding for us.

If not, is the only option to upgrade to the current version of the cart? We have about 3000 items and dislike kinda sorta maybe the thought of having to redo completely.

We have been very satisfied with the cart performance thus far and also with the forum help we have received in the past.
