UPS realtime shipping question

Post UPS realtime shipping question 
I have tried setting my shipping options to use UPS and ship by weight but it is not working at all. It is coming up with a fee that is way too low so I am wondering if there is something other than checking the boxes that I am suppose to do? Can anyone offer some advice?

When I visited your site, the first thing I saw was that in the payment gateway, you must have all of the shipping methods turned off. This will cause problems with the UPS calculations.
Also, if you could post what you have everything set at in the shipping settings, it would be helpful.
