Alright, first off let me explain my problem. My cart shows $30 always, even with nothing in the cart. when i add an item or view it, it should normaly say $3 for the item but displays $33
I do not have Handling charges.
I have set the shipping charges per weight by a sticky post in this area.
It is a fresh install
all i did was add an item and its been like this ever since.
