How to change invoice number and Cust ID number

The numbers have too many characters in them for Verisign Gateway how can I reduce them?
Also Can I delete other shipping states and countries and just have Australia?

I'm sorry, but this will need to be taken up in the Pro Members area as Verisign gateway is a Members Only gateway.
