module upgrades

Post module upgrades 
I am setting up agoracart 5. When I look at the Upgrade AgoraCart Modules page, there are several marked with an upgrade button. When I click the "Click to Upgrade" button, a backup file is created, and the page says "Success...". However, the new file is the exact same as the upgraded file (I used diff to check them). So, either I have the latest version, or the download failed and the original file is still in place. No error message was generated in this process.

Any suggestions?

At this time, there may be a problem on the update server. Wait about a day before trying to upgrade modules again.

I'm having the same problem. Though it says the file was successfully updated, it actually wasn't (as evident by the unchanged modified date of the file), and the list of modules on the upgrade page still says that I have the old version of the file installed, Is the update server still not working properly? Is there somewhere else where the files can be downloaded so that I can manually update them?

If any of the files are v5.2, no, they are not available...

Yes, all but one are 5.2. When you say that they're not available do you mean that they no longer exist and I should ignore all those update buttons on the Upgrade AgoraCart Modules page or that they can't be accessed and installed any other way except through that page? If the latter, does this mean that I won't be able to upgrade the modules unless this situation is fixed?
