why cant i edit quantity in the modify cart area

Post why cant i edit quantity in the modify cart area 
hello again

i am testing out some things in my website and i noticed i could not edit my quantity of items being purchase
for example

i can not remove an item from my shopping cart what do i need to do to fix this

also no picture is being displayed in the shopping cart area when i view cart


and finally how do i put buttons in for view cart , edit cart, remove items
and check out

Your website is http://www.gthydro.com , you left off the .com.

It looks as though you may have deleted the cart_footer.inc file from the html/html-templates directory. Other than the secure_store_footer.inc & store_footer.inc files, you should have 4 other footer files in the html/html-templates directory.
( cart_footer.inc, change_quantity_footer.inc, delete_items_footer.inc, empty_cart_footer.inc )
