Always logged in to MANAGER.CGI - why

I changed the password and created the unique name using password settings. Now each time I access the manager.cgi I'm already logged in from all 3 computers in the office. Even after clearing files and cookies from the cache. It's as if it saved the IP address and left the door open. How do I stop this.

Also, how do I modify the 'Thank You' email message sent to the client after transaction and is there a plugin to send the client a detailed receipt listing their purchase?

Not sure why.... maybe you told the computers to save the user/password??
THe messages are found in the agora.setup.db file in the library directory. They are near the bottom of the file.
What gateway are you using?
The customer should already be getting a email reciept with details of the order.

it's a good idea not to post your url LOL.
if you want to pm me with the store url i can check it. i can't think of anything on the script side that would allow for this to happen. did this happen prior to changing the user/pass? how amny times had you accessed the manager before changing the user/pass?

Thanks for the assistance. As for the stuck login, I changed the name of the unique log and it stopped. Now working properly.

hell-o
that's really odd. never had to do that before.
also, i have observed that sometimes odd things happen if the main agoracart store settings aren't saved. for example if you go in and change the password before setting up the main agoracart store settings then stuff happens. i suppose that without actually saving the main settings most or all of the default agora_user_lib.pl default settings are still in place possibly messing up cookies. just a guess. Smile

anyway glad you got it fixed.
